If you are requesting downloadables (digital products) of any type, i.e., samples, ebooks
(including emails containing passwords, too!), PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR
SPAM FILTER before you send your request. Many spam filters won't
allow the attachments (or emails!) that you request from The Five Finger Paragraph©
to go through to your inbox until I respond to the email that the spam
filter sends to me. I call these filters the
"I-wanna-know-who-you-are-before-I'll-let-your-email-go-through"
grabbers. This has gotten to be a "critical mass" problem for us. I
don't have enough staff to continue to make a positive response to all
of the spam filters on Earth. Earthlink is the most notorious. 2nd
and 3rd in line are County School and Municipal email systems. I know
those systems are meant to protect your computer, but please give me a
break! When you request samples or a response to your questions from
this site, TURN OFF the filters before you send your request. Or WHITE
LIST my email address - johnnie@thefivefingerparagraph.com - (put it in
your address book) before you send your request. Or better yet, get a
free email account.
Save
us both some time and don't ask that your order be sent to a municipal
or county/state school system ISP address. Get a free email address
through Hotmail, Gmail, or Yahoo! and you usually won't have problems receiving
your product. Any ebook that you order from The Five Finger Paragraph©
will be sent to you as an attachment. Many municipal and county/state
school system ISPs (internet service providers) won't allow receipt of
attachments and your email will be held up or disposed of by the ISP.
That will delay receipt of your product. Since I don't know whether
you received the email or not (they are never returned to me), you have
to:
1. Let me know that you didn't receive your purchase.
2. Wait on me to send you the replacement to different email address.
Do us BOTH a favor -- either "white list" my email address or get a free email account for yourself first!
NOTE:
If you've paid for your ebooks and haven't gotten them within 10 minutes, check your spam
filter or "deleted" box. If they're not there, please email us and
we'll send them to you..., again!
